Breaking Fate Entertainment is proud to induct Michael Schmid into the Breaking Fate Hall of Fame by presentation of a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2015 Laugh or Die Comedy Fest on June 6th 2015!

Schmid has been a huge part of the Chicagoland film and entertainment community for many years.  He attended Indiana University, where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Theatre and Drama.  He is one of the 3 founding members of 4Lizard Productions, former operations officer of Breaking Fate Entertainment (then Spook Show Entertainment) and has accumulated over 100 film credits in various positions such as Actor, Producer, Editor, Production Manager, Writer and Director.

Breaking Fate is honored to present this award at the Laugh or Die Comedy Fest, as it is an event very familiar to Schmid.  Laugh or Die is a festival Schmid has won awards at and even more fun, Schmid was the Official Host of the debut season of the Laugh or Die Comedy fest where he took the stage in the form of several various characters he has portrayed in some of his films.  Schmid can be see on screen this year as well, in the world premier film "What in the Sam Hill" for which he plays the lead role of Sam Hill!
