Sitting in a law firm’s conference room high above the city streets, attorney Schuyler B. Jones is highly irritated. It’s only noon on the first day of a scheduled two-day deposition and the opposing attorney, Marty Lynch, Jr., is already breaking rules. After trying to control the situation and make his basic objections, Schuyler is forced to contact the honorable Judge Weaver to settle the heated dispute. Now, with Judge Weaver on the conference room’s speakerphone, it’s up to Schuyler, with the help of his young paralegal, Natalie Dunn-McCabe, to convince Judge Weaver to rule in his favor against the witty and aggressive Lynch.
